INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

Most products that we carry are available for international shipping.

Orders are considered international when a shipment is send to an address out of Canada and United States.

International Standard : 7 to 14 business days $9.90

You will receive an e-mail with the order number and tracking number after we process your order .

Damages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns

We only offer a return/refund if your order is damaged or missing items(shipping fee won't be refunded). Please note that all of the metal products, some products are hand-crafted, it might not be perfect!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
